I’m Gabrielle (they/she), a first-generation Liberian, full-spectrum community doula based in Brooklyn, offering care rooted in presence, gentleness, and deep listening. Certified through Ancient Song Inc., my training spans childbirth education, lactation education, perinatal mood support, abortion care, prison doula work, home birth assistance, infant massage, and I am currently training in placenta encapsulation.
My approach is grounded and relational, walking alongside families with steadiness and warmth rather than instruction or fixing. At the heart of my work is a commitment to ensuring people feel held, heard, and never alone during moments of profound transition.
With care that is explicitly gender-inclusive and affirming, I bring cultural and spiritual sensitivity shaped by my Liberian heritage and lived experience, centering autonomy, dignity, and communal safety for queer, immigrant, and marginalized families.
