I’m a postpartum doula originally from Ireland, where having a strong sense of community and a ‘village’ around new parents is something I’ve always valued. When I had my own four babies here, I experienced firsthand how hard it can be to find that same kind of support, which inspired me to help create it for other families. I bring a calm, hands-on approach to postpartum care, offering practical help, newborn support, and space for parents to rest and find their rhythm. My hope is to be part of that village for families during such a special, and sometimes overwhelming, time.
