I am a CAPPA-trained labor and delivery doula open to all birth styles. I believe no two births are the same and am eager to support home births, water births, hospital births, and everything in between. Ever since witnessing my first birth in high school, I knew this was my calling. I find joy in helping families experience their unique births in whatever way I can. I love yoga, Grey’s Anatomy, keeping my plants alive, puzzles, and the beach. My goal is to make this journey as relaxing and enjoyable as possible.
