Zoe is a certified postpartum doula and lactation educator with years of experience supporting families through the bumps of those early days. She offers day and night support, and loves to supplement her care with customized meal planning and preparation to support postpartum recovery. With a background in Psychology and currently working on her MS in Social Work, Zoe is passionate about advocating for her clients, connecting them to valuable resources, and has a wealth of knowledge in child development and parental impacts, working to provide evidence-based, trauma-informed care that helps the entire family step into their new roles together. Outside of work, Zoe loves knitting, biking, and hiking, and recently just trekked 500 miles across Spain on a solo-hike!
